About the role
- HR student assistant offering practical HR experience at a digital online publisher. Supporting the People Team with various HR operations and administrative tasks in Cologne, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Screening unterstützen, Interviews koordinieren/begleiten.
- Growth & Retention: Trainings/Weiterbildungen organisieren, Team- & Company-Events koordinieren.
- Verträge & Compliance (inkl. Arbeitssicherheit): Vertragsdokumente erstellen, Nachweise einholen/dokumentieren, Pflichtunterweisungen & Co. nachhalten.
- People Operations & Administration: Personaldaten und -dokumente pflegen, Mitarbeitenden-Anfragen pragmatisch und serviceorientiert unterstützen.
- People Analytics: Reports/Auswertungen erstellen und pflegen, Kennzahlen verständlich aufbereiten.
- Prozesse, Automatisierung & AI: Abläufe vereinfachen und standardisieren, Automatisierungen/AI-Use-Cases mit umsetzen.
- Freelancer-Management: Rechnungen prüfen, Leistungen/Stunden abgleichen, Rückfragen klären, zur Zahlung weiterleiten.
Requirements
- Noch mindestens 1 Jahr immatrikuliert an einer deutschen Hochschule/Universität
- Studium ist mit HR-Bezug (z. B. BWL/WiWi, Psychologie, Personal, Wirtschaftspsychologie o. Ä.)
- Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
- Interesse für vielfältige HR-Themen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld (Nice to have)
- Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung (Workflow-Denken, Tool-Affinität) (Nice to have)
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht (Nice to have)
