About the role

  • HR Lead overseeing HR operations and talent management for Blueair North America. Partnering with senior leaders and managing a team to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals for North America
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning
  • Manage, coach, and develop HR team members to maximize performance and impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Own our day-to-day HR operations, including management of our centralized HR inbox for employee requests
  • Ensure HR processes and systems run smoothly and are consistently improved for efficiency and employee experience
  • Oversee our benefits administration including sourcing & negotiation of contracts and working with our external partners for execution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws across all aspects of HR including our handbook, policies, posters, and any requested documentation from authorities
  • Be the first interaction with North America employees to listen and provide guidance related to any issues, concerns, or complaints; consult with appropriate parties to investigate or resolve complaints as necessary
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across departments and levels for North America
  • Champion company culture and engagement initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Previous experience overseeing HR operations in the US
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements in North America
  • Track record of building strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing HR team members
