About the role

Responsibilities

  • Put the customer first by building trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake’s top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value
  • Own customer marketing initiatives aligned to key product categories, supporting priority launches, GTM motions, and strategic narratives
  • Execute high-touch customer marketing campaigns with Snowflake’s most strategic and visible customers, including executive-level engagements
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner teams to identify strong customer champions and reference opportunities
  • Develop and scale customer advocacy content, including case studies, videos, testimonials, webinars, blogs, event activations, and speaker engagements
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of customer marketing campaigns and programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, executive programs, or related B2B marketing roles
  • Experience running high-touch customer or executive marketing programs
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Wrike
