Responsibilities
Manage the full purchasing process, from request to receipt and recording of expenses;
Prepare quotes and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
Handle payment controls, accounting entries, and financial reconciliations;
Perform administrative and operational routines related to the finance area;
Prepare and update performance reports and financial indicators;
Maintain organized and proper filing of financial documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree desirable (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
Previous experience with financial routines, especially in billing and operational processes
Organized, detail-oriented profile with a strong sense of responsibility (ownership)
Fluent in English
Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG.
