About the role
- Finance Assistant responsible for purchasing processes and administrative activities at SMT, overseeing financial demands and ensuring accurate information. Reports to Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full purchasing process, from request to receipt and recording of expenses;
- Prepare quotes and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
- Handle payment controls, accounting entries, and financial reconciliations;
- Perform administrative and operational routines related to the finance area;
- Prepare and update performance reports and financial indicators;
- Maintain organized and proper filing of financial documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree desirable (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
- Previous experience with financial routines, especially in billing and operational processes
- Organized, detail-oriented profile with a strong sense of responsibility (ownership)
- Fluent in English
- Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG.
