About the role

  • Manage the full purchasing process, from request to receipt and recording of expenses;
  • Prepare quotes and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
  • Handle payment controls, accounting entries, and financial reconciliations;
  • Perform administrative and operational routines related to the finance area;
  • Prepare and update performance reports and financial indicators;
  • Maintain organized and proper filing of financial documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
  • Previous experience with financial routines, especially in billing and operational processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented profile with a strong sense of responsibility (ownership)
  • Fluent in English
  • Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG.
