Responsibilities

Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in finance, investments, capital markets, or a related field, including experience in an analytical or support role.
Prior experience in the financial sector (e.g. banking, asset management, DFIs, or consulting).
Experience working in multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, investments, actuarial science, or international development.
Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and emerging trends, including responsible investing, impact finance, and blended finance.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Excel-based analysis and preparation of high-quality presentations.
Ability to support monitoring, evaluation, and results tracking processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
