Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in finance, investments, capital markets, or a related field, including experience in an analytical or support role.
- Prior experience in the financial sector (e.g. banking, asset management, DFIs, or consulting).
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, investments, actuarial science, or international development.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and emerging trends, including responsible investing, impact finance, and blended finance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Excel-based analysis and preparation of high-quality presentations.
- Ability to support monitoring, evaluation, and results tracking processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior colleagues and external stakeholders.
