About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for expert advice on medical products in the advanced wound management sector. Building long-term relationships with stakeholders and supporting regional sales projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing customer relationships and strategically acquire new customers
  • Provide expert consultation on products for chronic and post-operative wound care
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with a range of stakeholders in outpatient care (e.g., distributors, pharmacies, medical practices, medical care centers (MVZ), wound centers, home care services)
  • Collaborate closely with wound care consultants to deliver trainings, training sessions, and workshops
  • Support regional and national conferences, trade shows, and educational events (Medical Education)

Requirements

  • Medical qualification, e.g., trained nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in) or medical assistant (Medizinische Fachangestellte), or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience/training
  • Experience in sales/field sales, ideally as a medical device representative
  • Passion for modern wound care and medical devices in wound management
  • Strong service and customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong drive to succeed
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and enthusiasm
  • Confident user of IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Class B driving license and residence within, and willingness to travel throughout, the specified region
  • Advantageous: further training/certification in wound management (ICW)
  • Understanding of structures and processes in the outpatient sector (e.g., MVZ, home care, or medical practices)
