About the role

  • Marketing Manager for DACH region at Menicon. Planning and executing marketing campaigns for Key Account customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the marketing team for the DACH region, you plan and execute campaigns for key account customers, act as the liaison to sales, and develop CRM and omni‑channel marketing strategies.
  • Plan and run target‑group oriented marketing campaigns across all online and offline channels to drive revenue growth (especially with key account customers) in the DACH region.
  • Analyze campaign results using appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive well‑founded optimization measures.
  • Further develop the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), implement CRM measures and roll out marketing automation processes.
  • Execute content marketing activities (websites, landing pages, e‑commerce/mobile shop), email marketing and social media marketing.
  • Create, optimize and translate sales‑supporting materials in print and online within the corporate design guidelines.
  • Serve as the sales team’s contact for marketing and communication matters.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows and events.
  • Coordinate external service providers and agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably B2B — ideally with vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications or business administration.
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and working with customers.
  • Interest in marketing analysis, data‑driven working and audience‑oriented approach.
  • Creativity, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
  • Hands‑on mentality, strategic thinking and high levels of initiative.
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications; ideally experience with CRM, content management and project management tools.
  • English — fluent in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage.
