About the role

  • Recruitment Marketing Manager driving employer brand strategy through marketing campaigns at Fidelity. Collaborating with internal and external partners to create marketing assets for various media.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with third-party agencies and team members
  • Help with the management of paid and organic marketing campaigns
  • Manage project schedules for ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the creation of marketing assets for campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing or related field preferred)
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Media agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms
  • Experience writing creative briefs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
