About the role

  • Lead Retirement Administrator providing pension administration services for clients. Responsible for calculations, data management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing pension, retirement, and post-retirement health & welfare transactions
  • Perform pension benefit calculations
  • Create forms & letters for communication with participants and beneficiaries
  • Manage escalations and client critical issues
  • Assist with client documentation and procedures updates
  • Lead participant and client request workflows
  • Identify client and participant trends for customer-centric solutions
  • Provide support for project-related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Interest in Defined Benefits administration and Defined Benefits systems
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and intuitive skills
  • Ability to perform manual pension calculations
  • Ability to work as a standout colleague while meeting individual timeliness, accuracy goals, and quality standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • High integrity and discretion to ensure confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC software skills (i.e. – Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access)
