Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic, account-based growth plans
  • Serve as a credible, technically competent advisor
  • Apply application-based selling techniques
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Work cross-functionally to influence internal alignment
  • Act as a primary liaison for customers
  • Share insights and market intelligence with leadership
  • Collaborate with demand generation/marketing to shape targeted campaigns
  • Deliver regular training and educational sessions

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development or account management
  • Technically strong, with an understanding of operational workflows in pharma manufacturing
  • Experience in application-based selling
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Able to demonstrate ROI and value-based arguments to senior stakeholders
  • High customer empathy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Disciplined in maintaining CRM hygiene
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
