- Program Manager for Skydio overseeing implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers. Collaborating with technical teams and managing production programs against schedule and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery for our Law Enforcement Customers
- Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule and technical requirements
- Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams
- Establish relationships with Law Enforcement customers and drive plans with the engineering team
- Inform Skydio and customer business leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Experience as a customer-facing professional services/program manager/customer success, preferably for law enforcement agencies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of implementing new technology and interfacing with technical teams
- Experience in implementing effective internal business systems for management of large-scale customer projects in Law Enforcement
- Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems
- Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management experience
- Outstanding analytical thinker and problem solver
- Strong location preference for Oahu, HI
