About the role
- GTM Enablement Program Manager responsible for creating and managing training programs to enhance productivity and effectiveness in a global team. Collaborating with vendors and internal experts in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute and manage Solution and/or Role-based enablement programs, training and supporting enablement tools for both Sales and Customer Success roles
- Assist with creation and execution of Role-based new hire Onboarding within the GTM organization
- Support and create new opportunities to further adoption of sales methodology within GTM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and internal experts to address skill development needs
- Support GTM Enablement Leadership in carrying out various enablement live events
- Develop and assess performance metrics and translate information into actionable insights
- Own additional GTM enablement responsibilities as the business changes and evolves
