About the role

Responsibilities
- Supervise the processing of customer orders (quotations, contracts, data entry, tracking, delivery).
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms and conditions (pricing, lead times, discounts, contractual clauses).
- Monitor customer disputes and coordinate their resolution with relevant departments (sales, finance, logistics, legal).
- Lead and manage the sales administration team (administrative assistants, customer account managers, etc.).

Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in business, management, sales administration, or finance.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 to 7 years) in sales administration, including initial experience in management.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) appreciated, depending on the company environment.
