About the role

  • Lead commercial and growth strategy for Ivijur, a legal tech company simplifying lawyer-client communications. Oversee sales processes and team development to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define the commercial strategy and translate it into growth targets
  • Lead, develop and oversee the commercial team
  • Analyze performance metrics and ensure revenue predictability
  • Structure and optimize sales processes, CRM and commercial policies
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations
  • Lead strategic negotiations and manage relationships with key accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial management
  • Experience with CRM and sales processes
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the sales funnel
  • Experience with acquisition channels and demand generation
  • Familiarity with ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Experience with lead tracking
  • Experience using ClickUp as a CRM
  • Prior experience in the legal market or a legaltech company
