Growth Marketing Manager responsible for developing strategies for pipeline generation and customer acquisition at Skedulo. Collaborating with GTM, Sales, and cross-functional teams to optimize funnels and drive results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on pipeline creation, acceleration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Define clear messaging and positioning to support scalable and sustainable growth.
Design, implement, and analyze experiments across channels (email, social, paid, SEO, outbound) to identify high-impact growth levers.
Foster a test-and-learn culture to continuously refine campaign performance.
Analyze and optimize marketing and sales funnels to improve conversion and retention at every stage.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance customer journeys.
Track and report on key growth metrics to guide strategy and investment decisions.
Leverage internal data and build external data sets to strengthen intelligence and targeting.
Synthesize market research and field insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
3+ years work experience in Growth Marketing or Growth Strategy within a SaaS or B2B organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive growth decisions.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Experience designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (email, paid, SEO, outbound, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management abilities with proven success managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
