Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to senior decision-makers in your target market
Contact C-level executives via phone and LinkedIn to get them excited about our concept
Demonstrate the value of our services and convince them in personal video calls to become part of our exclusive business network
Build long-term, trusting relationships with C-level decision-makers
Understand their priorities, investment plans, and upcoming projects
Develop and implement strategies to expand the network by knowing your clients' core challenges and focus topics
Play a decisive role in the growth and success of Management Events
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to succeed in a dynamic, target-driven environment
Passion for building relationships with leading industry players and driving business growth
Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging new clients and overcoming challenges
Ideally, experience in a commercial and/or client-facing role (e.g., sales, customer service, hospitality)
Fluent in German and English
