About the role
- (Senior) Manager for Business Consulting overseeing projects in banking with high quality and responsibility. Building business cases and developing expertise in regulatory topics and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for delivering complex projects in the banking environment with high quality, ownership and client focus.
- Depending on your interests, you will focus on project management, business analysis or specific regulatory or subject-matter topics (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT, ESG, digitalization).
- You will purposefully develop your skills supported by an individual development plan.
- As a (Senior) Manager you actively shape your business case, contribute to sustainable utilization and take responsibility for client development.
- Optionally, you will develop new consulting approaches or further build out our internal structures as part of corporate development.
Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience with a focus on banking topics
- Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: credit processes, payments, risk management, IT and digitalization strategies, regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, MaRisk)
- Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured, solution-oriented manner
- An existing network in the banking or consulting environment with potential for business development
- University degree in economics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field of study
- Excellent German and English skills
