  • HR Advisor supporting management with HR processes and areas including recruitment and employee relations in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support and advice to line managers
  • Manage day to day operational HR support in various employee related areas
  • Oversee referencing process for new starters
  • Ensure accurate data is maintained on HR and finance systems

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in HR or related subject
  • Working towards CIPD qualification
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience in engineering, construction, nuclear, energy, or industrial sectors
