About the role

  • Document Control Administrator managing project documentation at Bilfinger UK Hinkley Point C. Supporting control, maintenance, and archiving of project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the document control team in all aspects of controlling, recording, maintaining, and archiving project documentation
  • Ensure project documentation aligns with company quality procedures
  • Manage the logging, copying, distribution, storage, transmittals, revision control, and document registers
  • Collaborate with project management and discipline engineers
  • Improve document control processes
  • Register incoming and outgoing project documents
  • Extract relevant documents for transmission and compile design packages

Requirements

  • A minimum of four GCSE's
  • One of which must be a grade C in English Language
  • Secondary education to Higher Grade level
  • Relevant experience
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
