Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve quality issues in coordination with logistics, manufacturing, and support functions
Handle customer complaints, including preparation and communication of 8D reports with key account teams
Perform quality approvals (e.g., process approvals) and support product ramp-ups and change management
Initiate and lead quality improvement projects to reduce failure costs and optimize processes
Apply quality methods and tools such as FMEA, QR6S, audits, production control plans, and SAP ERP and EW
Collaborate with internal and external partners, e.g., product development and internal/external production sites, to ensure quality standards
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and conduct internal audits to ensure MMOG/IATF/VDA compliance
Requirements
General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
Interest in business administration topics and company structures
Specific interest in logistics and production processes
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Good and confident verbal and written communication skills
Good English skills and enjoyment working in international teams
MS Office skills are desirable
