About the role

  • Sales Manager for acquiring new customers in the Workwear sector. Leading market analysis and customer engagement for a top textile service provider in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • You identify and contact potential customers in the workwear sector
  • You advise new customers, present our services and prepare customized proposals tailored to their needs
  • You analyze the market, monitor current trends and derive new business opportunities
  • You build a strong network through trade shows, events or social media such as LinkedIn
  • You conduct contract negotiations in coordination with our sales management and support them to a successful close
  • You focus primarily on customer acquisition in the regions of Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and the northern part of North Rhine-Westphalia

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in sales and new customer acquisition, ideally in the services sector
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Initiative, target orientation and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel and a class B driving license
