About the role

  • Recruitment Assistant at Evertec + Sinqia focusing on CV screening and candidate communication. Supporting recruitment operations and interview scheduling with attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes/CVs according to job requirements;
  • Contact candidates by phone for interview invitations and pre-screening;
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and recruiters/hiring managers, ensuring calendar alignment;
  • Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
  • Provide support to the recruitment team with operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to handle a high volume of requests
  • Experience in recruitment (R&S) consultancies or technology companies
  • Familiarity with ATS (applicant tracking systems).
