Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in: Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience with Service Desk tools.
  • Experience with Movidesk (a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • Understanding of code structure and programming logic.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages.
