Responsibilities
Lead product launches: Plan and execute product launch strategies for new features and releases.
Customer communications: Create and deliver assets such as release notes, email updates and in-app messages.
Product-focused content: Develop high-impact content, including case studies and technical materials.
Win-loss analysis: Conduct structured win/loss analyses and report actionable insights.
Competitive intelligence: Maintain intelligence on key SAP/EAM competitors.
Sales enablement: Maintain and update the Sales Enablement Kit.
Persona development: Create and refine persona maps.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Growth and the Product team.
Requirements
5–8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
A structured storyteller who simplifies complex concepts for both technical and business audiences.
Proven experience executing product launches with clear internal and external communication plans.
Hands-on experience developing release notes, customer updates and messaging frameworks.
Demonstrated experience conducting win/loss analyses and delivering actionable insights.
AI-native: able to demonstrate use cases for AI tools in writing, research, synthesis and content production.
Fluent communicator; highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative.
Strong understanding of SAP, maintenance, reliability or industrial operations.
Experience working with global companies, with solid understanding and practical experience in the US and EMEA markets.
