Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise placement/stocking according to customer specifications
  • Hiring new staff
  • Onboarding and training staff
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective measures
  • Communicating with staff, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training

  • Ability to lead by example and motivate the team
  • Valid Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or team management preferred
