About the role

  • Sales representative responsible for organizing product placement and managing personnel in the Melsungen area. Focus on training, quality control, and communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organize product shelving and merchandising according to customer specifications
  • Hire new employees
  • Onboard and train staff
  • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
  • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them
  • Act as a role model and motivate team members
  • Valid Class B driver’s license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or staff management preferred
