Maintain and expand existing customer potential
Support and advise existing contacts among specialist trades, authorities and commercial buyers
Acquisition of new customers
Collaboration with inside sales and the showroom
Visit and route planning, tracking of quotations, etc. via iPad in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Implementation of sales promotion measures
Requirements
Commercial or technical vocational training, preferably in plumbing/HVAC (SHK), tools, or electrical
Industry knowledge in SHK: plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, installation
Sales experience or a strong affinity for sales
Strong communication skills when dealing with our customers from the SHK trades
Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
