About the role

  • Field Sales Manager responsible for an assigned sales territory at Elmer Gruppe. Focused on client acquisition, retention, and CRM system management through Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for an assigned sales territory
  • Maintain and expand existing customer potential
  • Support and advise existing contacts among specialist trades, authorities and commercial buyers
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Collaboration with inside sales and the showroom
  • Visit and route planning, tracking of quotations, etc. via iPad in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Implementation of sales promotion measures

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training, preferably in plumbing/HVAC (SHK), tools, or electrical
  • Industry knowledge in SHK: plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, installation
  • Sales experience or a strong affinity for sales
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with our customers from the SHK trades
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
