Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for specialized support to cooperatives in the service area where you are working, performing technical analyses and providing the necessary guidance to cooperatives on each case;
Monitor and follow up on support operations to ensure delivery of contracted KPIs;
Assess complex issues and propose solutions to meet user needs;
Drive continuous process improvements, executing and managing action plans;
Serve as a point of reference for cooperatives and CAS companies in handling requests, aiming to meet user needs by directing solutions and following tickets end-to-end;
Prioritize incidents and problems in coordination with business and systems teams;
Align processes, lead action plan execution and deliver operational training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
Postgraduate degree is a plus;
