About the role

  • Operational leader at Sicredi managing consortia services, ensuring stability and growth while leading teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the service operations of the Consortium Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
  • Will define and execute strategy, manage people and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of journeys.

  • Develop and update long-term strategies to sustain competitive advantage.
  • Manage risks and adjust plans in response to business changes.
  • Lead teams, promoting continuous development, diversity and high performance.
  • Act as a mentor and coach for coordinators and direct reports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure financial efficiency and manage contracts.
  • Champion service best practices and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Participate in industry events and cultivate an influential network of contacts.
  • Promote automation and digitalization of processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage experience indicators (NPS) and work on improving both the employee and member journeys.
  • Identify and address opportunities to improve journeys, reducing friction and questions while increasing satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
  • Specialization / MBA.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management).
  • Basic English.
  • Experience in people management and leadership.
