Responsible for leading the service operations of the Consortium Administrator, ensuring stability, sustainability and growth.
Will define and execute strategy, manage people and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellence in value delivery, financial efficiency and continuous improvement of journeys.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
Specialization / MBA.
Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management).
Basic English.
Experience in people management and leadership.
