Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical support to Sicredi System entities and partner companies, seeking solutions to meet product and service requests (with a focus on negotiation and contracting of insurance);

- Prepare technical analyses and opinions, including the development of technical manuals and documents in Online Support;
- Develop support materials.
