- Manejar la implantación de proyectos de Facilities para planta industrial (infraestructura y servicios), cumpliendo requisitos técnicos, presupuesto y plazos;
- Administrar el presupuesto de Facilities y controlar KPIs de mejoras y seguimientos;
- Crear y acompañar requisiciones de compras en SAP/Fiori, así como proyectos de CAPEX e inversiones en infraestructura;
- Mantener buena relación con áreas internas y proveedores, asegurando mejoras en salud, seguridad y medio ambiente;
- Garantizar que la planta cumpla con requisitos legales y regulaciones, generando y manteniendo la documentación necesaria;
- Gestionar proveedores de servicios generales y/o comunes de la planta;
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de Lear Corporation, incluyendo calidad y medio ambiente.
Requirements
- Título universitario completo, preferentemente en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica/Electrónica, Diseño Industrial, Ingeniería Civil, Licenciatura en Seguridad e Higiene, Tecnicatura en Mantenimiento Industrial o carreras afines;
- Experiencia sólida en el área de facilities;
- Conocimiento en manejo de paquetes MS Office y SAP;
- Inglés intermedio.
