Responsibilities
Update, enhance and monitor the performance of Credit and Business Solutions topics;
Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, dashboards and reports related to Credit and Business Solutions;
Understand and propose analytical strategies to be used by the cooperatives and CAS product teams;
Provide analytical support to the Credit and Business Solutions business teams and to the cooperatives through descriptive analyses and projections;
Automate processes and routines within the area;
Produce studies and new proposals on Credit and Business Solutions, understanding the profiles of members, products and market indicators for the area;
Collaborate with different product teams, assisting with analysis and new data/information perspectives;
Support cooperatives and provide advisory services on the developed analytical topics and products.
Requirements
Preferred completed degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics or related areas;
Analytical thinking;
Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills;
Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, Python and VBA;
Preferred experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SASVA or Excel;
Preferred practice in data analysis, KPI monitoring and development of ad-hoc studies;
Intermediate English preferred;
Preferred knowledge of the Financial Market, Credit, Open Finance and Financial Products.
