Responsibilities
Update, improve, and monitor the performance of Credit and Business Solutions topics;
Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports related to Credit and Business Solutions;
Understand and propose analytical strategies to be used by cooperatives and CAS product teams;
Provide analytical support to Credit and Business Solutions business teams and to cooperatives through descriptive analyses and projections;
Automate area processes and routines;
Produce studies and new proposals on Credit and Business Solutions topics, understanding member profiles, products, and market indicators;
Collaborate with different product teams, assisting with analysis and new data/information insights;
Assist cooperatives and provide advisory services on the developed analytical topics and products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related areas;
Analytical thinking;
Strong writing, synthesis, and communication skills;
Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, and VBA;
Experience (preferred) in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAS VA, or Excel;
Practical experience (preferred) in data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and developing ad-hoc studies;
Intermediate English (preferred);
Knowledge of Financial Markets, Credit, Open Finance, and Financial Products (preferred).
