Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and channel management plans to achieve business objectives
Drive growth through channel sales initiatives, including direct engagement with partners
Manage and support channel partners in the Unified Communication (UC) and Consumer Retail segments, including pricing negotiations
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with channel partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities at the channel partner level
Collaborate with Shure Japan marketing and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product inventory, pricing, features, and technical specifications
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in IT distribution, audio, electronics, SaaS or related industries
Proven track record in channel sales and management
Strong understanding of the Unified Communications (UC) sector
Familiarity with content creator and music industry landscape is a plus.
Experience with online sales platforms
Knowledge of consumer retail visual merchandising
Awareness of the latest trends in UC and consumer electronics markets
Creative and innovative mindset with strong technical affinity
Positive attitude and team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Good written English skills for email communication; basic conversation level is acceptable
Ability to travel domestically as needed.
