About the role

  • HR Associate responsible for HR support and change management in Czechia. Ensuring compliance with policies and local laws while managing payroll and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless end-to-end resolution of HR queries
  • Execute benefit administration, including third party contracts
  • Support Line Managers with Organizational Management
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Handling all information in line with GDPR
  • Provide insight to stakeholders through data analysis
  • Ensure smooth run of monthly payroll for CZ and SK
  • Ensure accurate administration of employment related contracts
  • Provide administrative support to HR Advisor related to maternity/paternity leavers
  • Supporting audits
  • Processing of HR related invoices
  • Providing support for HR digitalisation projects
  • Monitor HR suppliers contracts
  • Provide coaching and feedback to line managers
  • End to end responsibility for agency employees
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal governance.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in HR, business, economy or psychology
  • Prior knowledge and experience in Human Resources (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Precise and thorough in execution of administrative tasks
  • Ability to apply Labour code in practice
  • Understanding payroll related processes
  • MS Office knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Workday or SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Frequent travel between the countries is expected
  • Fluent English, native Czech/Slovakian.
