Responsibilities
Helping to set the strategic direction for our training offering
Keeping training offerings current and relevant, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization
Scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions for employees worldwide
Planning and negotiating the procurement of external training programs to meet organizational needs
Coordinating and developing comprehensive onboarding activities for new employees to ensure a smooth transition
Monitoring and managing training-related costs to ensure budget adherence
Assessing and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making necessary improvements
Coordinating and developing the content and usage of online learning platform and other online learning resources
Keeping our L&D instructions and guidelines up to date (e.g. in Intranet) and document Talent Development team's internal processes
Requirements
Relevant education in learning or personal development (e.g. HR, Education, Pedagogical, or similar)
Great coordination, planning, teamwork, and cooperation skills
A solid understanding and experience of classroom and online learning solutions and systems
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Good understanding of different ways of learning
Previous experience in project management from a global organization
Previous experience in a multicultural environment
Professional-level communication skills in English
The ability to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
