Responsibilities

Oversee a sales team and drive a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.
Review process efficiency and manage operations to ensure achievement of go-to-market goals.
Align function specific key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and reporting within their remit.
Participate directly in solution development and go-to-market activities and ensure functional integration.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance and governance in relation to contracted agreements with partners and alliances.
Manage presales opportunities and implementation of the identified projects.
Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures that enable the achievement of the overall GTM strategy.
Directly support strategic deals and client engagement practices and provide mentoring to local teams, providing subject matter expertise on RFPs/RFIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field.
Advanced experience in dealing with complexity, across multiple channels, across multiple lines of business, with regard to multiple competitors and partners, and broadly with the market as a whole.
Advanced experience in a senior product or solutions marketing management role, preferably in a business-to-business company growing revenues.
Advanced experience crafting product marketing solutions to vertical markets.
Advanced experience leading and managing a sales team, preferably within a global technology services organization.
Extended related corporate, market, and business strategy experience with thorough knowledge of relevant industries.
