About the role

Responsibilities
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to the sold and planned scope
- Perform technical tasks and prepare equipment for installation
- Work during maintenance windows and produce project documentation
- Lead and execute technical activities related to project delivery
- Serve as the technical owner for low-complexity projects
- Prepare and present technical project documents to the client
- Respond to incidents and resolve project-related issues
- Escalate and follow up on tickets with manufacturers/vendors related to projects
- Perform field activities such as inspections/site surveys, installations and scheduled maintenance windows.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Cisco solutions (LAN)
- Experience in support and implementation
- Preparation of project documentation (LLD, HLD)
- Preferred knowledge of routing, both static and dynamic (OSPF, BGP)
- Availability to travel
