- Senior Analyst managing commercial models and pilots at Riachuelo, coordinating rollouts and aligning operational standards across stores.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor pilots (site selection, format, promotions, and measurement of results), develop an entry playbook, and ensure excellence in in-store execution.
- Validate operational models from a commercial perspective, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with the minimum requirements for successful implementation.
- Manage rollout schedules and gate reviews, organizing pilot phases, expansion waves, and the processes necessary to support stores.
- Create a 'ready to scale' checklist, considering operational and commercial criteria aligned with store realities.
- Build and track product rollout roadmaps, ensuring comprehensive mapping of initiatives and efficient orchestration with Commercial and Product teams.
- Manage commercial tools and drive their continuous evolution, mapping needs and prioritizing improvements in partnership with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Define and review priorities with internal Processes and Product areas, ensuring agile journeys that do not negatively impact in-store sales and NPS.
- Support proactive decision-making based on data, metrics, impact analyses, and strategic business insight.
- Translate business needs and identified opportunities into clear, well-defined requirements for Product and Development teams, ensuring scope alignment, technical understanding, and a focus on results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis, project management, and business acumen.
- Previous experience managing projects, pilots, and rollouts in retail or commercial operations environments.
- Experience validating and implementing in-store operational models.
- Experience building and tracking roadmaps and implementation schedules.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance metrics (sales, NPS, operational KPIs).
- Experience interfacing with multidisciplinary teams (Commercial, Product, Operations, Processes, and Technology).
- Ability to translate business demands into clear requirements for Product and Development teams.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
