ServiceNow Support Analyst supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform at Sentinel Technologies. Requires occasional onsite support in Downers Grove, IL and strong customer-focused skills.
Responsibilities
Support and maintain our ServiceNow platform
Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Document support activities and processes
Provide user training and assistance when needed
Requirements
3-5 years of experience supporting and managing ServiceNow
Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role preferred
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Active Directory is a plus
Proven ability to provide customer-focused support in a fast-paced environment
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Document support activities, solutions, and processes with accuracy and clarity
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
