Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing Sensor Tower customers across the market in India.
Build trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders at various levels, from individual users to decision-makers.
Drive product adoption through onboarding support, training, and regular value-based check-ins.
Monitor product usage and client engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights tailored to each client.
Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools.
Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends
Requirements
Must currently live in Bangalore, India.
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles in mobile applications and SaaS.
Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers.
Experience in the mobile ecosystem, app economy, or analytics platforms is highly desirable.A substantial advantage is familiarity with Sensor Tower or comparable tools.
Familiarity of working with Agencies would also be advantageous.
Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Track record of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
