About the role

  • Account Manager for PLM solutions at innovative digital solutions partner. Managing customer relationships and supporting PLM-Software implementations in international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and expand existing customer relationships within the international environment of our approximately 400 customers
  • Advise and support our customers in optimizing their PLM roadmap and in digital transformation processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, development, support) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Present and sell our PLM solutions with a focus on Siemens software as well as our own software solutions and services
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention

Requirements

  • Completed basic vocational training and ideally a tertiary degree (HF/FH) in engineering/technology, industrial engineering, or business informatics
  • Passion for sales and a strong interest in PLM software, particularly Siemens solutions
  • Ideally experience in account management, preferably in digitalization, PLM, or technology roadmaps
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to strategically shape and develop customer relationships
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex technical solutions simply
  • Highly self-motivated and able to succeed in dynamic environments
  • Native speaker of German or French and very good written and spoken skills (minimum C1) in the other national language (German or French)
  • Solid English skills (B2) are required. Italian language skills are desirable and considered an advantage.
