About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for supporting Sparkassen partners and developing real estate sales concepts across regions. Engaging in training and workshops while managing substantial travel in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia.

Responsibilities

  • Support our sales partners (savings banks) on all real estate-related matters
  • Develop sales concepts and projects, including support for on-site implementation
  • Design and conduct conferences, sales initiatives, training sessions and workshops

Requirements

  • Industry- or real estate-specific vocational training or degree
  • Several years of professional experience and expertise in real estate brokerage; experience in training is an advantage
  • Experience working within the savings bank (Sparkassen) environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent, solution-oriented and assertive working style
  • Strong customer and service orientation and high commitment
  • Willingness to travel across the entire business area, with a focus on southern Lower Saxony and northern North Rhine-Westphalia
