Responsibilities
Plan and execute Digital Marketing, Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing initiatives
Structure campaigns covering all stages of the buying journey and buyer personas
Monitor the sales funnel strategically
Analyze performance/ROI to optimize and implement the most effective actions
Create briefs and coordinate with communication agencies and designers
Develop, execute and manage social media content
Work closely with Sales and Sales Excellence to develop Account-Based Marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaigns and events in collaboration with technology partners
Plan and organize company and industry events
Execute campaigns, manage KPIs, analyze results and report on performance
Requirements
Previous experience planning and executing communication campaigns, Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce and intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing LinkedIn for B2B
Languages: Spanish and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for alignment and obtaining buy-in from diverse stakeholders
Organized with an analytical profile
