About the role

  • Junior HR Generalist joining SEEBURGER's recruitment team in Plovdiv. Focused on talent acquisition and supporting recruitment efforts for Plovdiv and Sofia offices.

Responsibilities

  • Build the pipeline for recruitment
  • Understand how real HR decisions are made
  • Prescreening & first interviews
  • Planning & scheduling interviews across teams
  • Working in HR System
  • Coordinating candidate feedback & communication
  • Participating in career fairs & employer branding events
  • Supporting onboarding & mid-/exit interview scheduling
  • Shadowing senior HR colleague on interviewing & Onboarding

Requirements

  • Have 1–3 years in Recruitment/ HR support / Office coordination
  • Are curious, structured & people-oriented
  • Communicate confidently in Bulgarian & English
  • Prefer team collaboration over solo execution
  • Want to enter HR properly - systems, tools & decisions
