Responsibilities
Develop and execute a hands-on territory plan focused on driving pipeline, growth, and customer success across your region
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, while expanding existing accounts
Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to closing
Manage your sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
Work cross-functionally with presales, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer value
Stay current on OT and industrial cybersecurity topics relevant to customer conversations
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Travel within your assigned central region
Requirements
Fluent in German and in English
Proven experience selling complex or technical solutions within IT, OT, industrial software, or cybersecurity
5+ years of B2B / enterprise sales experience, ideally within industrial automation, software, or cybersecurity
Skilled in consultative selling and familiar with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
A self-starter who takes full ownership of their territory and enjoys hands-on sales execution
Confident working with multiple stakeholders at both IT and OT levels
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
