About the role

  • Account Manager in the Marketing Solutions team, managing client relationships and campaigns. Focus on delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients
  • Build trust with clients, understanding their objectives and challenges
  • Proactively manage campaigns to exceed client expectations
  • Create and analyze account performance reports, providing actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and drive customer retention

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales and/or account management experience with a proven track record of achieving positive business outcomes for clients.
  • Solid understanding of Ad Operations, Google Ad Manager, and Google Analytics, with experience in CRM software (particularly Salesforce).
  • Strong client orientation, innovative problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively within tight timelines.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, proactive team player who is self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with fluent and idiomatic English.
