About the role

  • Billing Support Specialist at SEB providing customer lifecycle support and maintaining client data. Engaging in billing transactions and improving service quality in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Registering, updating and maintaining data in various databases and systems
  • Investigating, monitoring and processing client data and billing related transactions
  • Answering business stakeholder and customers inquiries
  • Performing incoming request analysis and taking part in continuous improvement activities

Requirements

  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to details with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Open-minded, readiness to suggest new ideas
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English
