Responsibilities
Conducts research for the strategic conceptualization of Brand Experience and CRM projects, filtering and extracting relevant data and information to support the project's strategic development;
Actively participates in brainstorming sessions, strategic elaboration, creative direction, and tactical detailing;
Prepares papers that summarize the strategic rationale and clearly outline the proposed actions;
Builds presentations for projects that develop a persuasive and strategic flow;
Manages projects internally to ensure cross-functional integration;
Translates activations into tactical plans, develops communication cadences, and maps and designs participation/engagement journeys;
Monitors results and prepares reports for recurring or one-off projects, including scenario analysis, insight generation, and recommendations for improvements and evolutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Advertising, Social Communication, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools;
Differentials:

Previous experience with events, activations, and CRM projects.
