Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for product positioning, go-to-market strategy and the market launch of our solutions — with direct impact on growth and adoption.
  • You develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new products and use cases — from positioning and messaging to launch.
  • You define target audiences, value propositions and product narratives in close coordination with Product Management, Strategic Communications and Technical Writing.
  • You lead cross-functional launch teams and ensure alignment across all go-to-market teams.
  • You translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused stories that demonstrate value and differentiation.
  • You design and execute product and launch campaigns together with Content Marketing — including landing pages, webinars, white papers, blog posts, videos and newsletters.
  • You ensure consistent product communication across all marketing, sales and customer touchpoints.
  • You develop enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success (pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, use-case stories).
  • You analyze market, competitive and usage data and derive concrete recommendations for product, marketing and GTM decisions.
  • You define and track launch KPIs (e.g., adoption, engagement, activation, win rates) and optimize processes based on learnings.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market or comparable roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience with product and feature launches at growth-oriented SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Ability to position complex products in a clear, differentiated and persuasive way.
  • Hands-on mentality: you not only design strategies but also implement campaigns and produce content yourself.
  • Analytical mindset and confident handling of product, market and usage data.
  • Strong storytelling with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Confident presence and enthusiasm for presenting products publicly (e.g., in videos, webinars, events or speaker slots).
  • Fluency in German and English.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: a salary above the market average.
  • Meaningful benefits: through our benefits program you can choose where to save — options include meals, shopping, commuting costs or internet.
  • Individual coaching for personal and professional development.
